The mission of the Camden Catholic Women’s Leadership  Circle is to nourish and celebrate  the difference a collective group of Camden Catholic alumni and friends  can make in shaping the future of  our female students by supporting initiatives that lead to their overall academic and spiritual growth. 

Through its collective financial giving, and the donation of time and talent, the Camden Catholic  Women’s Leadership Circle is committed to encourage female students to be confident in who they are, to understand the value of forging new relationships and sharing ideas with a diverse group of effective women leaders.

• To utilize the first year to identify the needs of the female students and prioritize the needs to formulate initiatives for the students.

• To provide services that will allow students to explore distinct opportunities  to assist in building  confidence  and to help form a positive  emotional and social well-being

• To provide a network of women leaders to mentor the  students on their high school journeys, helping to foster a network of career exploration opportunities. 

• Gathering of 20 passionate and inspirational women leaders who commit to giving $1,000 a year annually to provide opportunities  to assist  students gain the confidence to lead positive and passionate lives

• To meet as a group of female leaders quarterly by zoom and in-person to discuss and understand the needs of a female teenager

• To provide mentorship to students who are eager to grow, learn, and expand their world of knowledge

• To network with the Leadership Circle members to discuss their own personal interests
