Prayer Life & Worship

Essential to our Catholic identity is a powerful life of prayer and worship.  Because CCHS believes that this experience is at the heart of our mission, we offer many opportunities of prayer and worship for the entire community with an emphasis on helping our students to develop a life-long appreciation for a solid prayer life.  As such, a sample of what we offer is:

  • Daily Mass in Our Lady of Mercy Chapel prior to the school day at 7:45 a.m. (all are welcome)

  • Daily school wide morning and afternoon prayer

  • School wide monthly Masses and other liturgical experiences throughout the academic year

  • School wide Sacrament of Reconciliation during the seasons of Advent and Lent

  • Prayer experiences for our athletes, performing arts students and for other extracurricular activities

  • Prayer at the beginning of every class
